Sometimes we open whatsapp or facebook messenger on next day (when message sent), so there is lack of communication between user's, so we want alternate option to mark the important people as a option so whenever he/she message the user's they get a notification in the form of text message in offline, so that if they are not using internet facility they access the messenger name and message
A server that fetch the data from Whatsapp and Facebook that is installed in your phone, and when you are at offline, the text message containing relevant data should be send on that number.
On of my friend is on whatsapp group but now is not frequently internet user so most of his class is miss out, so we want build a platform either web or android to get msg from whatsapp and messenger , we have to right to select chat(contact) or group selection option to get OTP type facility on your number.
With the select option , it work like filter search and provide option to get only important people message like work group (not fun), so that we aware about the situation and do according to work priority, from that, people like my friend benefit from getting class schedule and even in whole world the user's get benefit without having internet.
